There are thousands of Transporters with cars, SUVs and vans operating every day on Transportify’s platform. They can also do your Grocery Shopping, especially for bulky/heavy items. When availing of this service, please abide by the following guidelines for which the Shoppers have also been trained:
1Shopping service is allowed only at stores that are able to provide printed official receipts.
We require receipts because they serve as the official document that communicates the price of the items. This will be important when you make your payment to your Shopper or if there are any disputes that need to be settled.
2Topup your wallet for payment. Limit purchases to a maximum of 10,000PHP
You will be required to topup your Transportify wallet prior to creating your shopping list. Once our app matches your order with a Shopper, the Shopper will commence shopping using the funds available in your wallet. Don’t worry, only the amount purchased will be deducted from the wallet.
3Use the app to coordinate with your Shopper
Your Shopper will be able to indicate price and availability of your shopping list within the app. When your Shopper does this, it automatically updates your shopping list so you can easily track the shopping progress. You may also add or delete items from the list. At any time, the Transportify app is able to produce a summary of your entire shopping list and bill using the information entered by your Shopper (ie. price and quantity).
4Communicate with your driver primarily via the in-app chat of Transportify’s app
The app also has an in-app chat which enables you to communicate with your Shopper. Please use it so that our customer service can review the communications if a dispute arises.
5Help Transportify ensure quality by giving feedback about ourShoppers
After every completed Shopping booking, customers will receive an SMS containing a link to our Shopper Appearance and Hygiene policy and a survey form to evaluate whether our Shopper complied with such policies. Our Shoppers are supposed to follow strict guidelines such as keeping their hair short, wearing a face mask and using hand-sanitizer frequently.
6Cancellations / Refunds
Once the items are purchased, Transportify does not process refunds except under very clear circumstances of Shopper misconduct.

What do most people use Transportify’s Shopping Service for?
We recommend using our Shoppers for bulky/heavy grocery items such as water, canned goods, diapers, toilet paper, drinks, snacks. Our Shoppers all use cars, SUVs or vans so weight or size will not be a limitation. Customers can also use our Shoppers to buy medicines from pharmacies.
Can we use this for purchase at restaurants?
In theory, yes, but we do not encourage it. There are many companies in the Metro Area that are already able to better serve you for this type of shopping.
Do I need to tip my Shopper?
No. Tips are not required. However, you tip your Shopper at your discretion. Your Shopper is not allowed to ask you for a tip or hint to you that he/she should receive a tip. If this happens, please chat with our customer service via your app to report the incident.
What do I do in case I have a dispute with my Shopper?
For disputes, please use your app to chat with our customer service which is available 24/7.
