You can use Credit and Debit Card to buy credits for your deliveries. Accepted cards are VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.

How to Pay Using Credit and Debit Card (Mobile)

Step 1-3
1. Go to the top left menu in the app and select “Wallet”
2. Click “Add Funds”
3. Select “Credit/Debit Card” or click here to know about the bank transfer no-fee option.

Step 4-6
4. Specify the amount or choose from a pre-defined value. The minimum amount is 300 pesos and the maximum is 100,000 pesos.
5. Select credit/debit card and input your card details. You have the option to save your card details for future transactions. Then click “Fund”.
6. After a successful transaction, the amount will be automatically added to your wallet.

Remarks: Transportify charges a 2% administrative fee to partially cover charges incurred from its vendors who enable such electronic payment from credit/debit cards and digital wallets. To avoid paying this fee, Transportify also has a quick and reliable Bank Transfer option. See instructions here.

1. Go to the top left menu and select “Wallet”

2. Your balance and usage will appear in the “Wallet” section

How to Withdraw Your Credits

Your unused credits can be withdrawn through the following steps.

1. Submit your credit withdrawal request in this link.

2. Transportify will verify and process your request up to 3 business days.

Remarks: Credits available for withdrawal are credits from your bank transfer and debit card only. Credits from the following sources cannot be redeemed or withdrawn as cash: credits purchased using a credit card,  promotional campaigns, free courtesy credits, and refunds.
