How do I register my sim card?

1. Go to your telco provider’s SIM card registration website.
   • GLOBE
   • SMART 
   • DITO
2. Follow the process and submit the necessary information.
3. Save your proof of registration. You may take a screenshot of the confirmation page with the reference number.

What happens when I don’t register my sim card?

• Failing to register by July 25, 2023 will result in the deactivation of your SIM.
• Your Transportify account will remain active and the credits on your Wallet will remain secure but our driver partners will be unable to contact you when you book. 
• Our app doesn’t allow its users to change their Transportify account number. You will have to contact CS to request the change on your account number when you get a new registered mobile number.
