Please be advised that Transportify is for cargo delivery only. Passenger transport is prohibited because our vehicles and service are not ideal for proper passenger transport. Instead, for passenger transport, we recommend our friends, Grab, Angkas, and MoveIt.

Also note that transporting one’s own small personal belongings, such as a backpack or handbag, together with themselves is still considered passenger transport even if the “Customer Staff” extra service is toggled in the Transportify App.
