Customers are eligible to withdraw credits from their app wallet with the following limitations:

(A) Free credits given to customers may not be withdrawn and converted to cash. This includes credits given to customers from marketing programs and from customer service.

(B) Only actual money deposited as top-up can be refunded

(C) When a customer books, free credits are always applied to the booking first (before the customer’s actual top-up).

Sample Scenario

In this scenario, the user may withdraw/refund only 250PHP out of the 300PHP because the wallet contains 50PHP of Free Credits from Transportify.

The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 3 business days. For credit cards, it will be credited directly to your card.
