We strongly encourage customers to activate/enable reimbursements to drivers, especially those for tolls, parking and gate/entry fees because this heavily affects whether drivers choose to accept your bookings.
To activate/enable reimbursements, simply proceed to the “More Options” section on page 2 of the booking creation process.
