It’s a must for Transportify driver partner applicants to submit all Transportify requirements before taking private car delivery jobs.
What Are the Requirements for Driver Application?
1. Driver’s License
Both non-professional and professional driver’s licenses are accepted, as long as they have at least three months of validity. A driver’s license is necessary with the nature of our service, and we need to ensure the client’s packages are in good (driving) hands.
2. Tax Identification Number (Optional)
Providing your tax identification number (TIN) is optional. Your TIN will be used as an alternative proof of your identity.
3. NBI Clearance
Like other companies, Transportify needs to verify the records of the people it accepts. Another Transportify requirement that you must submit is an original copy of the National Bureau of Investigation Clearance (a.k.a NBI Clearance). Applicants may submit their original NBI Clearance copy within 8 weeks of activation to continue doing private car delivery jobs on the platform. Ensure the validity period to experience a smooth application process. If you are unable to provide an NBI clearance, you can choose to pay a certain amount that can be deducted from your Transportify wallet.
4. OR/CR or Sales Invoice
Enrolling your private car in the program requires certain supporting documents, such as the vehicle’s official receipt (OR) and/or certificate of registration (CR) for proof of vehicle ownership. The vehicle sales invoice will do if the car is brand new and has no OR and/or CR.
5. ‘No Initial Cash Deposit’ Of Your Account
You don’t need to prepare any amount to get on board. Transportify allows you to register your account for free and start accepting bookings.
6. Government ID
As part of Transportify requirements, driver applicants must also submit a government-issued identification card. Transportify requires its driver applicants to provide any of the following IDs and the required driver’s license, TIN, and NBI Clearance before performing private car delivery jobs on the platform.

7. Android Smartphone
Of course, having a smartphone is part of the basic Transportify requirements for starting your private car delivery jobs. To ensure the Transportify driver mobile app is compatible with your device, we require smartphones with an Android operating system version 5.1 and above.

8. GCash/Bank Account
Transportify primarily disburses driver payouts through GCash, so a GCash account is required for driver applicants. However, a truck driver might expect payouts exceeding GCash limits, so you can also provide bank information for an alternative payout method.

Onboarding Process
Transportify makes everything easy with its recruitment process. You can apply and get onboarded the same day. Once your Transportify requirement is complete, you may get activated and start earning as a Transporter. To be prepared, get familiarized with our process below.
There’s no need for you to visit Transportify office, driver application process is purely ONLINE. A digital copy of Transportify requirements should be prepared beforehand. You just need to download the Transportify for Drivers App available in Google Play Store to start. Currently, the Drivers App is not yet available in iOS and Huawei phone models.
1. Registration
Once the Driver App is downloaded, you can proceed in filling your details to start your application process. You may also click the button below to apply.

After filling in the required fields with your details, you will receive an OTP to verify your registration. There will also be an approval code sent to you, a unique 6-character code that you can use to log in to your application again.
2. Examination
We want to ensure our customers that all drivers we have on our platform are well-rounded. A Transporter should fully understand how to operate, deal with specific scenarios, and deliver nothing short of perfect customer service.
Once your application has been fully verified, there will be a 51-item exam that will take you less than an hour to complete. This exam will serve as the basis for evaluating your preparedness to take bookings on the platform. Don’t worry, you can retake the exam multiple times if you don’t pass the first time.
3. Submission of Requirements
Provide photos or screenshots of all the requirements mentioned above and upload them to the Driver App. Make sure that every picture is clear and readable to ensure a smoother and faster activation process.
4. Account Activation
The last step is quite simple. Once Transportify has verified and approved your submitted requirements, you need to log in to your Driver App using a temporary password that will be sent to you via SMS or Viber. There will be a final form that you need to complete, along with a selfie verification.
Once you complete all of these, your account will be activated, and you may start accepting bookings with Transportify!
